1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and taya365e ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the taya365e website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Services").

• Any applicable transaction fees charged by third-party payment providers are the responsibility of the player.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

taya365e may from time to time offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.

• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.
• Each promotion will specify the applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable), expiry period, and any other conditions that must be satisfied before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• taya365e reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect bonuses already claimed and in active use by players.
• Players who are found to have abused the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit promotional terms, or any other form of bonus abuse — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts may be suspended.

7. Gaming Rules

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and taya365e, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. taya365e is committed to resolving player complaints promptly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for final resolution.
